Marking Scheme for Paper-I & Paper-II:

Physical Standard Test (PST) & Physical Endurance Test (PET)

Candidates who qualify in Paper-I are required to undergo PST & PET. These tests are mandatory and qualifying in nature.

Male (Hill Areas) Height: 165 cm, Chest: 80-85 cm
Male (ST) Height: 162.5 cm, Chest: 77-82 cm
Female (General) Height: 157 cm
Female (Hill Areas/ST) Height: 155 cm / 154 cm respectively
Physical Endurance Test (PET)
For Male Candidates
  • 100-meter race in 16 seconds
  • 1.6 km race in 6.5 minutes
  • Long Jump: 3.65 meters (3 chances)
  • High Jump: 1.2 meters (3 chances)
  • Shot Put (16 Lbs): 4.5 meters (3 chances)
For Female Candidates
  • 100-meter race in 18 seconds
  • 800-meter race in 4 minutes
  • Long Jump: 2.7 meters (3 chances)
  • High Jump: 0.9 meters (3 chances)

Paper-II Exam Pattern (English Language & Comprehension)

Candidates who qualify the PET/PST will be eligible to appear for Paper-II, which is also a computer-based test.
