  • Individual differences, Personality, Intelligence, creativity.
  • Understanding diverse learners, gifted, creative, specially abled learners.
• Learning:
  • Meaning and theories of learning (Behaviorism, Cognitivism, Constructivism).
  • Factors affecting learning, motivation and implications for teaching.
  • How Children Learn and Think, Learning disabilities.
  • Children as problem solvers and as a scientific investigator.
• Pedagogy:
  • Teaching-learning process, teaching methods, teaching aids.
  • Evaluation, measurement & assessment, Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE).
  • Action Research.
  • Right to Education Act 2009 (RTE 2009).

This section assesses proficiency in Hindi language.

• Language Comprehension:
  • Unseen prose passage with questions on grammar, inference, literary, and factual aspects.
  • Unseen poetry passage with questions on grammar, comprehension, and literary aspects.
• Pedagogy of Language Development:
  • Principles of language teaching, role of listening and speaking.
