Candidates must meet all three of the following criteria:
1. Age Limit (as on 01/08/2025)
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years
- Candidates must have been born between 02.07.1997 and 01.07.2005 (both dates inclusive).

- A degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India.
- The candidate must possess a valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate.
- Computer Literacy: Must have a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Computer Operations or studied Computer/IT as a subject in school/college.
- Language Proficiency: Must know how to read, write, and speak the official language of the State/UT applied for.
3. Nationality / Citizenship
A candidate must be a Citizen of India, a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, a Tibetan Refugee, or a person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries with the intent of permanent settlement in India.
