Candidates who passed the SSC GD Computer-based exam can now rejoice as the Central Reserve Police Force has also begun the SSC GD Physical Test 2024 for such qualified candidates. The commission has also posted the dates for the SSC GD Physical Test Date 2024 on the official portal, which runs from 23rd September 2024 to 9th November 2024. Such eligible candidates can also obtain their SSC GD Admit Card 2024 from the homeland’s official web page. As per the SSC GD Result, there are 351,176 candidates out of which 311,736 are males and 39,440 females who have been selected for the Physical Test.

SSC GD Physical Test 2024 Date Out

beginning on 23rd September 2024 the central reserve police force(CRPF) has started the SSC GD Physical Test 2024 to assess the candidates’ physical abilities. All the candidates who qualify will have to work for a Physical Efficiency Test(PET) as well as a Physical Standard Test(PST), which will extend to be completed by 9th November 2024. SSC GD Physical Test 2024 Highlight

The physical test will be conducted at designated national examination centres to recruit the 26,146 General Duty Constables filling vacancies in BSF, CISF, and CRPF. The SSC GD Physical Test is also for candidates willing to be inducted into the Indian Paramilitary forces and includes several events such as Height, Weight, and Race.

SSC GD Physical Standard Test 2024.

The participating male and female candidates must also meet the physical standards test, which includes height and weight. The candidates must meet these eligibility requirements to pass this round of physical tests.

SSC GD Physical Requirements for Male Candidate

Male contestants from the General category, SC, and OBC boys should be a minimum 170 c.m in height. They should also possess unexpanded chests of at least 80 cm with a minimum expansion of 5 cm. All other male candidates from different categories’ height and chest measurements are given below

SSC GD Physical Requirements for Female Candidates

Per the SSC GD Physical Standard Test Rules, no female chest measurement is taken. Female Scheduled Tribes candidates must be of height, not less than 150 cm, while candidates of General and OBC categories must have a height of not less than 157 cm.

SSC GD Physical Eligibility Test (PET) 2024

After completing the PST, the Commission will conduct the SSC GD Physical Test 2024. Candidates hailing from Ladakh or other regions must complete the race within the specified time limits of both the female and male candidates.

SSC GD PET For Male Candidates

Candidates from the Ladakh region must participate in a distance run of 1.6 kilometers in seven minutes. Candidates who hail from other areas must complete a five-kilometer run of the order of twenty-four minutes.

SSC GD Physical Efficiency Test For Female Candidates

For female candidates in the Ladakh region, an 800-meter run must be completed in 5 minutes. Candidates from other regions must undergo a 1.6-kilometre run which must be completed in 8 and a half minutes.

The SSC has outlined specific vision requirements for its male and female candidates. The candidate should be able to focus with both eyes such that their eye uniformity is good enough to read a distance vision chart of 6/6 on both eyes without the aid of spectacles. SSC GD Medical Examination Document Required

Successful candidates in the PMT and PET will be screened for Further Medical check-ups (DME). Any candidate who has appeared for the DME must submit all relevant documents to prove his or her eligibility. The relevant documents are given below:

1. Document/Certificate for Secondary Examination Ayengar Explanation Certificate of:

Reason: This is submitted to ascertain the age of the candidate, the name of the candidate and the educational qualification of the candidate.

2. State/PRC-Domicile Certificate / Permanent Resident Certificate should be issued by an appropriate authorization competent authority.

Reason: To verify the candidate’s residence.

3. Copies of NCC Certificates which are valid (if applicable)

Reason: This is provided to validate the candidate’s participation in the National Cadet Corps and any attendant advantages that he or she may be accorded during selection.

SSC GD Physical Test 2024 Result

The Staff Selection Commission will roll out the final Physical Test result for SSC GD 2024. The qualified candidates of the PET/PST shall proceed with Document verification and a Detailed Medical Examination. In future releases of the SSC GD Physical Test 2024 result , the categories of all the candidates who have provisionally qualified for DME/DV will be mentioned according to their marks obtained in the online examination and their qualification in Physical Tests.

The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) will conduct the medical examination and document verification for the SSC GD 2024 Detailed Medical Examination and Document Verification after the physical tests have been completed. Medical examinations will be held for shortlisted candidates by the Medical boards established by the CAPFs.
