Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I) The candidate should have completed a postgraduate degree in Hindi or Sanskrit, with English and Hindi as a subject.
HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I) have a Graduate and post Graduate Degree or Full-time Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ HR/ HRD/ Social Work/ Labour Law.
Law Office (Scale I) The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in law and be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council.
Marketing Officer (Scale I) The candidate has a graduate and full-time MMS (Marketing)/ MBA (Marketing)/full-time PGDBA/ PGDBM specializing in Marketing.

Such physically or orthopedically handicapped candidates would be allowed the facility of a scribe. However, they have to make arrangements for the scribe personally and at their own cost. The scribe must be from an entirely different academic background. In addition, such candidates shall attract twenty minutes of compensatory time per hour.
